My client is a global law firm who are leaders in technology and innovation, are now looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The HR & Recruitment Administrator will work with the wider HR team, supporting both London and the global offices with their HR administration, recruitment and learning and development coordination.

The key duties will include:

• Support the London HR team with organising and coordinating interviews

• Scheduling interviews, liaising with PAs and Hiring Manager's across global offices

• Updating HR spreadsheets

• Supporting the wider HR team with all general HR administration

• Supporting the L&D Manager in coordinating training

• Onboarding new joiners and conducting background screening

• Organising inductions and keeping in touch with new joiners

• Dealing with general HR and Recruitment queries

• Managing all Recruitment and HR correspondence and administration

• Work closely with the wider team on projects, such as implementing a new HR system

The HR & Recruitment Administrator will have some previous experience working within a recruitment and/or HR administration role, be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, show experience of taking ownership of administrative tasks with a knowledge of systems and recruitment processes. You will also have exceptional communication, organisation and coordination experience and a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude.
