Position Overview:
The L&D Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s learning strategy. The role focuses on identifying skill gaps, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring learning initiatives align with business goals. It also involves measuring effectiveness, leveraging digital tools, and fostering a culture of continuous development and employee engagement.
Role-Specific Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, with a strong preference for experience within the automotive industry.
- Experience in performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through various methods, including meetings with departmental heads to identify learning needs.
- Ability to initiate, plan, and execute training projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in creating engaging materials using a range of methods and tools.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and materials and analyze feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital training tools.
- Identify and recommend additional development opportunities for employees based on training outcomes and performance assessments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization to support a learning culture.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and tools in L&D to enhance training delivery and evaluation.
