About The Role
As a Talent Growth Partner within our Talent team, you will be an experienced and action-orientated L&D specialist, energised by driving change and ambitious to build engaged communities of learners on a large scale. You will play a pivotal role in building and delivering a first-class learning and development experience for both our internal teams and clients. You will be instrumental in mastering and applying L&D expertise to cultivate advanced learning experiences, responsible for the full learning cycle from identifying needs to demonstrating impact, and continuously driving improvement in learning solutions.
Role
This role is pivotal in leading a first-class learning and development experience by strategically partnering with technical practice areas, enabling collaboration with strategic alliance partners, and engaging colleagues across the entire business through:
- Workshop Catalogue: Designing and delivering a comprehensive L&D offering for core and advanced skills and behaviours.
- Internal and External Programmes: Leading complex, blended core programs with multiple elements for both internal and client audiences.
- Digital and Online Learning: Driving and enhancing digital learning engagement via our learning experience platform (LXP) and external partners.
- CoPs, Events and Informal Learning: Driving and measuring social learning and knowledge sharing through internal Communities of Practice (CoPs), external events and in-the-moment learning, and supporting the creation of self-sustaining collaborative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping L&D Strategy & Brand: Work closely with the Senior Talent Growth Partner and Head of Academy to shape an attractive L&D brand and proactively communicate L&D's value to key internal and client stakeholders.
- Professional Expertise:
- Conduct structured performance needs analyses to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
- Create advanced learning experiences for diverse internal and client stakeholders, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Utilise a broad range of learning technologies to enhance learning solutions and analyse their effectiveness, including managing an LXP and other L&D tools to drive engagement.
- Design and deliver blended learning workshops/programmes when required, utilising innovative and engaging methods to enhance delivery.
- Driving Impact & Continuous Improvement:
- Iterate and embed feedback mechanisms to drive measurable and continuous improvement in learning, successfully demonstrating impact.
- Continuously adapt and refine learning delivery based on participant feedback and leverage data-driven insights to implement meaningful changes that ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify and share best practices and continuous improvement opportunities, upskilling others and contributing insights to enhance learning delivery.
- Building Trusted Partnerships:
- Cultivate strong relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and source of Learning and Development insight.
- Develop stakeholder relationships to identify and analyse evolving employee/client learning needs, engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Partner with learning suppliers and strategic alliances, collaborating to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of learning programs.
- Guide community leads and members on strategies and resources to design and implement self-sustaining collaborative learning solutions.
- Strengthen social learning and knowledge sharing through our communities of practice and external learning events.
- Represent the company in client meetings and presentations, effectively showcasing L&D initiatives and reinforcing the learning brand.
- Understanding Business Context:
- Gather information about the business environment and market trends to inform understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs and organisational priorities.
- Apply insights on the business context to design learning solutions that effectively address current challenges while aligning with broader organisational objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Support the L&D lead with mentoring and upskilling L&D team members as well as SMEs and other ANDis.
- AI in Learning and Development:
- Explore and identify opportunities to integrate AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance learning experiences, personalise content delivery, and optimise learning outcomes.
- Stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to L&D, recommending their adoption where appropriate.
- Utilise AI for advanced data analytics to gain deeper insights into learner engagement, performance, and skill gaps, informing strategic L&D decisions.
Essential Experience
- Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment with delivery of high-quality output.
- Expertise in evaluation and evidencing learning transfer, including supporting learners post-delivery and measuring business impact.
- Confidence to build strong networks and relationships across all levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent remote and face-to-face facilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
