Learning & Development Coach
Salary: £34,000 p.a (FT)
Location: London/Hybrid (2 Days Minimum in the office)

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven Learning & Development Coach to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping our candidates achieve their full potential. They will be required to;
· Build strong relationships with our candidates, identify their learning and development needs and deliver group workshops to prepare candidates for work.
· Conduct online and in-person 1-2-1 coaching sessions for candidates who require additional support throughout their employment journey.
· Support candidates with ongoing challenges as they adjust to their new roles post securing employment.
· Cross-collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful outcomes for our candidates.
· Travel within the UK and Ireland to deliver courses and 1-2-1 sessions.
· Occasional evening and weekend work required to host training sessions and support at company events, time in lieu will be provided upon these occasions.
Experience & Skills
The person we are looking for needs:
- Experience in delivering training and coaching across group workshops & 1-2-1 environments.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team and external stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills combined with confidence and enthusiasm in order to properly engage and motivate candidates.
- Exceptional and professional presentation skills, providing a clear structure to the information communicated.
- Empathy, patience, tenacity & a desire to help others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Clear DBS check
It would be an added benefit if the candidate also had:
- Experience with individuals facing barriers to employment.
- An understanding of the various potential challenges our candidates could face, based on their history and backgrounds.
