Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join us. This role will focus on designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our sales teams specializing in off-plan properties, commercial, and residential real estate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, with expertise in sales techniques, customer service, negotiation strategies, property market knowledge, and leasing procedures. The position will also involve assessing the performance of our sales team and providing valuable market insights to management to enhance team effectiveness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver specialized training programs for the sales teams across off-plan, commercial, and residential real estate, covering key areas such as advanced sales techniques, customer service excellence, negotiation strategies, market knowledge, and leasing procedures.
- Create and customize training materials, presentations, and resources to suit the specific needs of different teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Performance Assessment & Feedback:
- Regularly assess the performance of sales brokers, identifying strengths and areas for improvement through assessments, sales results, and direct observation.
- Provide tailored feedback and coaching to sales professionals to improve their skills and help them meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Insights & Strategy Support:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and conditions within the Dubai real estate market, particularly in off-plan, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Share key market insights and best practices with the sales teams and management, helping them stay competitive and informed about emerging opportunities and challenges.
Sales Skills Development:
- Focus on enhancing essential sales skills for the team, such as effective client communication, objection handling, closing strategies, and relationship-building techniques.
- Train brokers on how to leverage market data and property knowledge to offer strategic recommendations and close deals efficiently.
Ongoing Training & Continuous Learning:
- Design and implement continuous learning programs to ensure the sales teams stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and company products.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging brokers to actively participate in training initiatives and applying learned skills to real-world scenarios.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, HR, and senior leadership to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support overall company growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the effectiveness of training programs, team performance, and market insights, recommending strategies for performance enhancement.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Learning and Development, with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Strong background in training real estate sales teams, specifically in off-plan, commercial, and residential properties.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, negotiation, property market dynamics, and leasing procedures.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse sales teams.
- Strong analytical and coaching abilities to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Up-to-date understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulatory landscape.
- Ability to design and implement innovative training programs that drive measurable results.
