Learning & Development Manager – Private Royal Residence

Abu Dhabi, UAE

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To design, implement, and monitor tailored learning strategies and development programs that enhance staff performance, support operational improvement, and align with the goals of a prestigious royal residence.
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience in learning & development and training coordination
- Strong skills in performance evaluation, coaching, and career development planning
- Proven ability to develop and deliver workshops, e-learning, and job-shadowing initiatives
- Proficiency in training analysis, documentation, and operational reporting
- Strategic mindset with budgeting and vendor negotiation experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of L&D methodologies and technology
- Fluent in English
DUTIES
- Monitor operations and identify performance gaps
- Prepare training needs analysis and weekly reports
- Update and manage operational manuals
- Conduct daily briefings and assess staff knowledge
- Design and implement learning programs using diverse methods
- Facilitate in-house and online training sessions
- Track training effectiveness and provide progress reports
- Collaborate on succession planning and KPI alignment
- Manage training budgets and vendor contracts
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Stay current with L&D trends

AED 20,000 per month Tax Free in UAE DOE
