Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Organizational Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing organizational structures, improving performance management systems, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing training programs, and providing coaching and support to employees and management. The role involves collaboration with various teams to create strategies that enhance workplace culture and productivity.

- Experience in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness strategies
- Knowledge of Performance Management systems and practices
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and implement training programs
- Strong coaching and support skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in the learning and development sector is a plus
