- sAnalyze training needs using data, assessments, interviews, and performance metric
- sDesign and manage enterprise-wide training programs and calendar
- sTrack training effectiveness through ROI models, feedback loops, and analytics dashboard
- sCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify competency gaps and align training solution
- sCoordinate and manage vendor relationships, scheduling, LMS integration, and budget allocatio
- nMonitor KPIs, generate reports, and suggest continuous improvement strategie
- sEnsure bilingual (English/Arabic) accessibility and delivery across program

📌 Qualifications & Requirement
- s2+years of experience in training management, L&D, or performance analysi
- sProficiency with LMS platforms, training analytics, dashboards, and reporting tool
- sStrong analytical mindset and business acume
- nCertification in L&D, Training Management, or HR (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) preferre
- dExcellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- sBilingual fluency in English and Arabic is essentia
- lPrior experience in MENA region L&D projects is a strong advantag
