Job Description & Summary
The L&D Administrator will sit in our People Solutions operations team, within People & Culture. They will provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Solutions team, playing a key role in the effective and efficient implementation of the annual L&D operations plan.
This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarily administrative, the role involves following established processes to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of training.

This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarilyadministrative, the roleinvolvesfollowing established processes to ensure the smooth andaccuratedelivery of training. This is a full time, fixed term position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Makestandardinternal room bookings for training sessions, team events, and meetingsusing established procedures.
- Track and monitor completion of preand postcourse requirements to ensure participantscomplete required work.
- Support on L&D eventlogisticsfor optional, recommended and expected programmes
- Accurately upload attendance recordsto theLearning Management System (LMS& Attend),using establishedprocesses to ensure participant records areaccurate.
- Assistin the preparation and distribution ofphysicalmaterials for in-person workshops and learning events.
- Update andmaintainL&D trackers and logs, ensuring consistency withsetguidelines.
- Utilise available technologies to ensureoptimalsolutionsare usedwhen completing tasks,includingdevelopingMicrosoft Forms and supporting documentsrequired for training activities.
- Provide occasionalassistanceat off-site workshops, as directed.
- Work with senior members of the team to ensure outputs arereviewed and approved, ensuring accuracy.
- Support ad hoc tasks, projects, andinitiativesacrossthe People & Culture teamasrequired.
Skills and experience
- A relevant third-level qualificationdesirable
- 1-2years of administrative experience, with L&D being an advantage.
- Previousexperience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Excellent team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Reliable, and able to take initiative within a supportive role.
- Proactive learner with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
