A rapidly scaling, founder-led recruitment business is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build and lead its next-generation L&D function.
This international staffing firm is entering an exciting phase of expansion across the US. As a result, they are investing heavily in Learning & Development and hiring a senior leader to design, implement, and elevate their global L&D strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an L&D function at a pivotal stage of growth, partnering closely with the Global Head of People, senior US leadership, and executive stakeholders to create world-class development programs that directly impact business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
ā
Design and execute the company's end-to-end L&D strategy
ā
Build and deliver leadership, sales, management and early careers development programs
ā
Review, modernize and enhance existing training content while creating new best-in-class learning initiatives
ā
Lead delivery of key training academies and onboarding programs
ā
Partner with senior leadership to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvement
ā
Develop scalable frameworks, tools and learning pathways to support future growth
ā
Shape the long-term vision for L&D, including future team expansion and capability build-out
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and executing end-to-end Learning & Development strategies
- Strong instructional design and training delivery expertise
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth, performance-driven environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen
Highly Desirable
ā Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions business
ā Background in Learning & Development for a recruitment agency
ā Prior recruitment leadership, trainer, academy, sales enablement, or coaching experience within a KPI-driven environment
