Job Description

Work Schedule: Full Time, travel required at least 50% of the time.

Leads a matrix team to design, execute, and manage a system-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development for all leadership levels.
Drives leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
Oversees the design, implementation, and tracking of leadership development programs and individual development plans.
Develops and maintains high-quality instructional materials, staying current with learning science and leadership development trends.
Maintains professional expertise in learning science, leadership development, and technology through ongoing research and development.
Guides strategy for innovative learning solutions and benchmarks best practices across the learning and development landscape.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Education

Bachelor's [Required]
Master's [Preferred]

Field Of Study

Work Experience

5+ leadership experience [Required]
Experience leading training, talent development teams; healthcare experience [Preferred]

Additional Information

An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience OR
Associates degree and 7+ years of experience OR
High School Grad or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience.

Pay Range

$105,799.32 - $196,791.79
