Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a Real Estate Investment Fund with offices across the UK, EMEA and US on the growth of their Learning and Development function in Luxembourg. This role is to understand the organisations strategy and its future capability needs to identify learning priorities, creative learning environments and development at best.

Reporting into the SVP of Learning and Development, you will be cultivating the future of their learning environment across the UK and EMEA, owning design and delivery end to end. Experience operating in a Financial Services environment alongside senior stakeholders is a must.

The firm are a dynamic, agile and commercial organisation with both a modern and forward-thinking approach. Travel to London 20% of the time is a need.

Responsibilities:

Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs.
Design and maintain a L&D training path on behavioural and leadership programs, working with external partners where relevant and identifying the most suitable learning solutions.
Select and manage resources, working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
Lead and facilitate learning interventions in their Luxembourg and London offices.
Optimize training processes for efficiency, monitor feedback, business impact and quality of training.
Actively participate to global L&D initiatives
Actively contribute to HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within an L&D role in professional services or financial services firm in the UK and or Luxembourg.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrate understanding and experience of the full training cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Understanding of learning and learning system standards, best practices and trends.
