Job Purpose
To assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of targeted learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, support professional growth, and align with HCT's strategic objectives, thereby contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the workforce is prepared to meet evolving challenges. This role will focus on gathering data for training needs assessments, managing learning resources, and analyzing program outcomes to facilitate effective learning solutions within the organization
Core Responsibilitie
- s:Training Needs Assessment Support: Assist in conducting assessments to identify training needs across departments, gathering data and insights to inform the development of relevant learning program
- s.Support the Specialist in coordinating the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications to ensure smooth execution of learning initiative
- s.Collaborate with the Specialist to develop training materials and resources, ensuring that content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with adult learning principle
- s.Gather and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, providing insights to inform continuous improvement effort
- s.Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS), ensuring that training materials are updated, accessible, and that participant records are accurately maintaine
- d.Help facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and resources to integrate successfully into the organizatio
- n.Support the Specialist in tracking mandatory compliance training requirements, ensuring that all employees complete necessary training and that records are maintained for auditing purpose
