Your Role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will
- Consult with business leaders to identify leadership and behavioural development needs.
- Design tailored learning solutions, workshops, and interventions to meet objectives.
- Deliver leadership training and facilitate behavioural development programmes.
- Partner with People & Culture teams to support succession and leadership readiness.
- Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, evaluation, and analytics.
- Ensure programmes align with business priorities and organisational culture.
- Promote digital and blended learning methods for accessibility and reach.
- Maintain knowledge of external Learning & Development best practices and integrate innovations.
- Manage resources, implement strategies, and provide leadership to teams and departments to achieve business performance goals.
- Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within departments, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and contributing to corporate responsibility goals.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement and innovation projects within teams and functions, streamlining workflows, optimising resources, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.
- Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), ATD (Association for Talent Development), or equivalent.

- 7+ years experience
