EgyCham is hiring L&D Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry.
Role Description
- Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and brokerage growth targets
- Develop onboarding, continuous learning, and advanced sales training programs for real estate agents and leadership teams
- Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and translate them into actionable training initiatives
- Build structured learning paths for agents at different career stages (new joiners, mid-level, top performers)
- Implement modern learning methodologies (blended learning, micro learning, on-the-job coaching)
- Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as agent productivity, deal closures, and retention
- Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and high-impact training sessions
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and integrate insights into training content
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- From 10 to 15 Years of experience in HR, at least from 3 to 5 years of experience as an L&D Manager.
- MBA is a plus.
- Certifications in L&D, or training are highly desirable.
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management, with a strong understanding of training methodologies.
- Expert in designing engaging, sales-focused training that drives agent performance.
- Experience in leadership development for sales managers and high-performing agents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills.
- New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
