Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Trainer at Creams Cafe. The Brand Trainer will educate the teams and franchise partners on Creams’ standards, values, and offerings. Responsibilities include creating and delivering training materials, conducting virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and assessing training effectiveness. The Brand Trainer will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain consistent guest experiences and support the onboarding and development of new team members.
Ideally based in central UK for access nationally.
salary - £33k plus benefits
Qualifications
- Training and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of brand management and ability to enforce brand guidelines
- Experience in learning and development, particularly in the food and beverage or hospitality sector
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mindset
- Proficient in virtual communication platforms and training tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
