Part-Time Contract - Digital Learning / LMS Advisor
1280 Labs is seeking a part-time contract Digital Learning / LMS Advisor to support proposal work and project planning for interactive learning hubs, future course delivery, and LMS readiness.
This role is ideal for someone who can quickly assess requirements, shape practical recommendations, and strengthen both client solutioning and proposal responses.
You may be a fit if you have experience with:
- LMS advisory or implementation
- digital learning strategy
- learning architecture and course delivery models
- learner/admin workflows
- SCORM / xAPI
- reporting and tracking requirements
- accessibility and usability in learning environments
Nice to have: experience in regulated, healthcare, association, public sector, or continuing education environments.
Type: Remote, part-time contract
Compensation: Competitive hourly or daily rate

Pay: $60.00-$90.00 per hour
