We are seeking a proactive and Senior
Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing talent and creating structured training programs that support agent performance, professional growth, and overall business success within a fast-paced brokerage environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for newly joined real estate agents and employees.
- Develop training materials focused on sales techniques, brokerage processes, compliance, and CRM systems.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluation and collaborate with management to address skill gaps.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and continuous learning initiatives for agents and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain training schedules, records, and learning documentation.
- Support leadership in building a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated on real estate industry trends and training best practices to enhance learning programs.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development within a real estate brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and agent life cycle.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and brokerage operations is mandatory.
- Minimum experience – 5 years.
