The role holder (Executive -Learning and Development) will manage the learning and development platform. The role holder will be responsible for LMS Management, stakeholders’ coordination, coordination with brands for organizing brand trainings, managing all MIS related to learning and development, creating engaging product content and quizzes for staff and analyzing MIS reports. Additionally, the role holder will collaborate on parallel projects.
Roles and responsibilities
- LMS Management: Platform Maintenance, User Registration and Management, Stakeholder Communication, Content Allocation support, ensuring content usage by learners, Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking and Best Practices, Customization and Personalization, Support in Evaluation, resolving the issues related to the learning platform.
- Training Need Identification: Training need Identification based on Soft-skills, Functional Skills and Technical Skills must be done in order to create the content which is required for business development through employees.
- Content Development & Allocation: Create/ organize/ manage engaging and informative product content for the learning platform. Develop quizzes and assessments to evaluate user comprehension and progress. Continuously update and improve content based on business requirement.
- MIS Management: Maintain and update all MIS related to learning and development initiatives. Generate regular reports on training effectiveness, user engagement based on key performance indicators. Utilize MIS data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to get the actions done as per the Training plan. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Brand Training Coordination: Liaise with brand representatives to organize brand-specific training programs and ensure the presence of the participants in the training session. Capture attendance and quiz data.
- Project Involvement: Collaborate on projects that run parallel to the core responsibilities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.
Experience (Years & Field)
Minimum of 2 -3 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
