We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and continuously enhance training initiatives for our installation and field teams. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Operations leadership to strengthen technical capability, leadership effectiveness, safety standards, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Learning Strategy
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and workforce development priorities within installation teams.
- Develop and implement a structured learning roadmap aligned with quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency objectives.
- Support workforce capability planning, including upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Training Program Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver practical, hands-on technical training programs for installation staff, covering installation techniques, equipment handling, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Develop leadership and supervisory training programs for field supervisors.
- Implement blended learning solutions including on-site workshops, toolbox talks, coaching sessions, e-learning modules, and refresher programs.
- Ensure all training materials are practical, operationally relevant, and aligned with safety standards.
Process Development & Internal Audit
- Document, standardize, and continuously improve L&D processes within the Operations department.
- Develop SOPs, training manuals, competency matrices, and structured onboarding programs for installation teams.
- Conduct internal audits of training programs and operational processes to ensure compliance with Faham Group standards.
- Track and monitor training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs for installation training programs and measure their impact on safety, installation quality, productivity, and rework reduction.
- Collect and analyze trainee feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights linking training initiatives to operational performance metrics.
Talent Development & Culture
- Mentor and coach installation supervisors and high-potential team members to strengthen the operational leadership pipeline.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety awareness, accountability, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with significant exposure to field operations, technical, or installation teams.
- Experience in process documentation, standardization, and internal audits of training programs.
- Strong background in field-based training and leadership development.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, fit-out, or technical operations environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning approaches.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required to effectively communicate with field teams.
- CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent professional certification.
- Health & Safety or technical training certifications are an advantage.
