Job Purpose: Shaping future-ready Dubai Emirati talent through impactful learning and development initiatives. You will be responsible to design, develop, deliver and administer training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviours, and performance to support the company attain its strategic objectives.
Manager – Training | Emirati talent
Key Responsibilities &
- Design and deliver training interventions aligned with talent and organizational strategy, addressing identified skill gaps.
- Conduct training needs analysis and manage the annual training calendar across internal and external programs.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage training budgets, external vendors, and partnerships to ensure quality and ROI.
- Measure training effectiveness through metrics, dashboards, and post-training evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; L&D certifications (CIPD/Assessment & Learning) preferred.
- 8-10 years of training or learning & development experience, including senior-level exposure in a multicultural environment.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and training analytics.
- Analytical, results-driven, and collaborative with a strong passion for developing Emirati talent.
