Role Overview
Talents Tide is supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced Manager – Training to lead the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key strategic part in supporting organizational objectives through effective training interventions and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps
- Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
- Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
- Coach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams
- Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports
- Lead onboarding and employee orientation programs
- Leverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Drive employee engagement through learning and development initiatives
Key Performance Indicators
- Training plan, budget, and calendar delivery
- Training effectiveness and return on investment
- Participation and completion rates
- Employee engagement and feedback scores
- Organizational capability improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment
- L&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantage
- Open to all nationalities
