The team is looking to hire a Vice President of L&D to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a global learning ecosystem tailored for a high-performance investment workforce. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive L&D experience gained within a leading financial institution in a major financial hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing the multi-year L&D roadmap, ensuring that every talent initiative is directly tied to the firm’s long-term business goals.
- Design and facilitate bespoke leadership development and executive coaching frameworks for senior partners and directors to ensure a robust internal succession pipeline.
- Lead the digital evolution of L&D, using AI and data analytics to personalize learning and stay ahead of future skill gaps.
- A deep understanding of the professional standards and talent dynamics in markets such as London, Paris, Berlin, Toronto, Singapore, or Hong Kong is essential.
- Advising senior stakeholders on long-term strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in L&D.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required as a minimum.
- Master’s degree or an MBA is highly advantageous and preferred.
- Prior experience in a world-class organizations.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP).
