Join our dynamic EMEA Learning team as we expand our mental health and workplace learning solutions in the UK market. Reporting to the Head of Learning, EMEA, you'll be part of a collaborative, multicultural team of learning experts, facilitators, and delivery specialists across Europe, all dedicated to creating transformative training experiences in mental health, diversity and inclusion, harassment and violence prevention, and workplace wellness.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the UK Learning strategy from the ground up while leveraging 30 years of proven expertise from our established EMEA programs. You'll work alongside our Head of Growth, Delivery Lead, digital learning specialists, and a network of 60+ internal facilitators to bring evidence-based soft skills training to UK clients who already trust TELUS Health for their EAP services.
What you'll do
- Design and adapt learning content and training materials tailored to the UK market, drawing from our established EMEA Learning programs while ensuring cultural relevance for UK clients
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present learning solutions to clients, serving as the content expert for mental health, diversity and inclusion, and workplace wellness training programs
- Build and develop a network of external facilitators across the UK, training them on both EMEA and UK-specific learning offerings to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with the EMEA Learning team, Head of Growth, and Delivery Lead to create compelling proposals and define pedagogical approaches that meet client needs
- Monitor and track UK Learning activity metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth
- Deliver training sessions directly to clients on complex or high-demand programs, bringing practical expertise to mental health topics including trauma, anxiety, stress management, and harassment prevention
- Represent TELUS Health at external learning events in the UK, staying current on training trends and innovations in workplace mental health and soft skills development
What you bring
- Degree in psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field with expertise in mental health, workplace wellness, or organizational psychology
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or learning content in mental health, soft skills, or workplace development
- Strong knowledge of mental health topics such as trauma, anxiety, stress management, diversity and inclusion, and harassment prevention
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and time zones
- Exceptional English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create culturally relevant, high-quality UK-specific learning content and materials
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for building new programs from the ground up and the confidence to engage directly with clients
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while staying connected to a distributed team
- Comfort with both strategic content development and hands-on training delivery
Great-to-haves
- Proficiency in additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, or Italian) to support collaboration with EMEA colleagues
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools
- Previous experience with TELUS Health or knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and workplace mental health services
