We’re now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to build and scale a measurable, conversion-driven marketing engine.
The Role
This is a strategic + executional role for someone who loves turning systems into growth.
You’ll own the end-to-end marketing funnel — from lead generation through customer lifecycle marketing — with HubSpot as the core platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a B2B SaaS environment and wants real ownership, not just campaigns.
You will work closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline, revenue, and retention.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
- Build and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across content, SEO, paid search, social, and email
- Implement and manage lead scoring and lifecycle stages to ensure sales receives qualified, timely leads
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns
- Architect advanced HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and win-back
- Use A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve conversion and engagement
- Apply AI-assisted tools to scale campaign execution, content production, and performance analysis
HubSpot Platform & Website Ownership
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs)
- Manage and optimize the Lambda website on HubSpot CMS (modules, themes, troubleshooting)
- Maintain clean, reliable CRM data to support segmentation, reporting, and attribution
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs across the funnel (MQL → SQL → revenue)
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate impact to leadership
- Use insights to continuously improve ROI across all marketing efforts
Content & SEO (Orchestration, Not Just Writing)
- Own the content strategy and editorial calendar
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization
- Coordinate AI tools, freelancers, and internal SMEs to scale content efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 4–7+ years in B2B digital marketing, SaaS, or marketing operations
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; CMS Hub strongly preferred)
- Proven success with lead generation, email automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript a plus)
- Experience marketing learning platforms, SaaS, or professional services
- Data privacy and compliance considerations
What Success Looks Like: First 90 Days
First 30 Days- Fully onboarded into HubSpot, sales processes, and ICPs
- Audit existing funnels, workflows, CRM data, and reporting
- Identify quick wins and foundational gaps
- Align with sales on lead definitions and handoff criteria
Days 31–60- Implement or clean up lifecycle stages and lead scoring
- Launch or refactor at least 1–2 core nurture or lifecycle campaigns
- Establish core dashboards tracking funnel performance
- Improve website conversion paths (forms, CTAs, landing pages)
Days 61–90- Deliver a clear, scalable HubSpot-based funnel architecture
- Show measurable improvement in MQL → SQL quality or conversion
- Launch at least one campaign directly tied to pipeline or expansion revenue
- Present a 6–12 month marketing roadmap tied to business outcomes
