As an E-Learning Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accessible, engaging, and reliable digital learning experiences that support mental health awareness, resilience, and education at scale.
Working within a mission-driven, non-profit environment, you will collaborate closely with e-learning leaders, facilitators, and internal teams to enhance a custom Learning Management System. Your work will directly support learners, educators, and partners who rely on seamless technology to deliver impactful programs that help reduce stigma and strengthen communities.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System, including updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- In this role, you’ll provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, facilitators, and learners to ensure a smooth user experience.
- You’ll manage user profiles, course data, and learning records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- You’ll help maintain system security and data privacy, supporting compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- You’ll identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality and user experience, planning and implementing improvements.
- You’ll create and maintain clear documentation, user guides, and best practices for efficient system use.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hands on experience supporting or administering Learning Management Systems.
- A degree or equivalent experience in IT, instructional design, e-learning, or a related field.
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, APIs, Salesforce integrations, and PHP/MySQL development.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and learner-focused design principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Assets: Exposure to LearnDash, Articulate Storyline & Rise360, accessibility frameworks, and W3C standards. Strong WordPress custom plugin development experience.
