Just Cuts is coming to Canada!
With salons set to open across the country, we’re looking for an experienced Operations & Training Manager to play a key role in launching and growing the Just Cuts brand in Canada.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of an iconic, successful Australian franchise brand, supporting new business owners and empowering stylists and hairdressers to deliver the Just Cuts experience from day one.
About the Role
As Operations & Training Manager, you’ll be the bridge between the franchisor, franchise partners, and salon teams. You’ll support new franchise owners as they establish and grow their businesses, while also training and coaching stylists and salon teams to consistently model the proven Just Cuts Australian operating and service standards.
This role is ideal for someone with a franchise and/or hair & beauty background who loves developing people, building strong relationships, and setting new businesses up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new franchise partners through onboarding, salon openings, and early-stage operations
- Deliver and coordinate training programs for franchisees, salon managers, and stylists
- Coach salon teams to consistently model the Just Cuts Australian brand standards, culture, and service model
- Provide ongoing operational support to franchise partners to drive performance and compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them grow confident, profitable salons
- Support recruitment, training pathways, and development of stylists and hairdressers
- Work closely with the Just Cuts leadership team to localise systems and processes for Canada
- Conduct salon visits, audits, and coaching sessions as required
About You
- Proven experience in franchise operations, training, or multi-site management
- Background in hair, beauty, or retail services (highly regarded)
- Strong people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Confident supporting new business owners and helping them navigate early growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
- Willingness to travel as salons open across Canada
