Role Purpose:
Responsible for the coordination, administration and delivery support of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. The role ensures effective implementation of training programs, accurate maintenance of training records, and support for capability development in line with Innovo’s business and people objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Learning & Development Operations
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of training programs, including scheduling, nominations, attendance tracking, and logistics.
- Support the delivery of internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Liaise with training providers, facilitators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.
Training Needs & Planning Support
- Support the collection and consolidation of training needs from departments and project teams.
- Assist in preparing the annual training plan and training calendar.
- Track training budgets and support cost control activities.
Learning Systems & Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) or HR system.
- Generate training reports, attendance records, and compliance tracking as required.
- Ensure training documentation and certificates are properly filed and retrievable.
Mandatory & Compliance Training
- Coordinate mandatory, induction, HSE, and compliance-related training programs.
- Monitor completion status and follow up with employees and managers on outstanding training requirements.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate compliance training records.
Performance & Capability Support
- Support learning initiatives linked to performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Assist with the administration of development programs, competency frameworks, and learning pathways.
Engagement & Learning Culture
- Support internal communication related to learning programs and development opportunities.
- Assist in promoting a continuous learning culture across Innovo.
- Support onboarding programs and employee orientation sessions as required.

- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a learning and development, HR, or training coordination role.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments is preferred.
