About the Role We are hiring Senior E-Learning & Development Specialist for an immediate requirement. This role demands a complete L&D professional who understands the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle — from needs analysis and design to execution, measurement, and performance outcomes. We are looking for someone who can design, operate, and scale learning solutions using particularly digital tools and AI-enabled approaches, while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. This is not a facilitator-only role. The role is open to candidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or other service-sector organizations. Insurance experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. ____ Key Responsibilities End-to-End Learning & Development • Own the complete L&D cycle: needs analysis, solution design, development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. • Create and execute all types of Product based, Compliance based, Aptitude based and skill-based trainings digitally using AI and LMS software predominantly to be used in Insurance Industry. • Diagnose performance gaps and recommend learning and non-learning interventions. • Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes. • Design and develop e-learning modules, digital programs, assessments, and blended learning journeys while demonstrating curiosity and practical application of AI in L&D. • Apply instructional design frameworks wherever required. • Actively use AI tools for content creation, instructional design support, assessment generation, analytics, Video based learning modules and learning optimization. • Manage end-to-end L&D operations, including planning, scheduling, coordination, rollouts, tracking, and reporting for assigned projects. • Support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and capability development initiatives. • Collaborate & Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content creation, approvals and digital content production. • Drive learning productivity: time-to-competency, adoption, application on the job, and retention. • Track learning data, assessments, learner feedback, and usage metrics. • Prepare structured learning performance dashboards and reports for leadership. • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS). • Ensure learning journeys are scalable, user-friendly, and data driven. • Design, Develop and Deliver offline or online Induction for new joiners. • Stay updated on digital learning tools, AI trends, and service-sector learning best practices. ____ Other Requirements • 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development with strong exposure to e-learning, instructional design, and L&D operations. • UAE work experience is mandatory. • Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or other service-sector industries.
