Key Responsibilities
• Lead organizational design, job evaluations, and job descriptions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design and manage performance management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead talent development, organizational learning, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment partnerships, contracts, and programs such as Tamheer.
• Monitor HR initiatives and analyze outcomes to improve organizational performance.
Strategy & Planning
• Lead workforce planning and identify future human capital needs.
• Support Human Capital strategy implementation and workforce readiness initiatives.
Budget & Governance
• Align Center of Excellence budget with Human Capital priorities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and market-aligned HR practices.
Talent Management
• Drive integrated talent management, retention, rewards, and performance initiatives.
• Partner with business units to deliver targeted learning and development programs.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12 years’ experience (Bachelor’s), 10 years (Master’s), or 8 years (PhD).
