The KPMG Intelligence Lab is KPMG’s Training and Consulting Centre in Greece. We provide a full range of training and advisory services, expertise, and programs for executives in companies, industries, and public organizations tasked with developing, managing, or delivering services and products in fast-changing markets and environments. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team, someone willing and ready to shape the next chapter of corporate coaching and leadership excellence in Greece.
The Role
You will play a central role in developing, delivering, and evolving executive leadership development programs for corporate clients and individual learners. This position calls for someone with a background in executive training coaching and leadership development, able to design and facilitate programs that engage senior professionals across industries and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver specialized learning programs for business leaders at various hierarchical levels.
- Facilitate sessions on leadership, coaching, and behavioral skills, ensuring a high level of participant engagement.
- Lead training modules on Leadership skills, Time and Stress Management, Public Speaking, Negotiation, Growth Mindset, Innovation, and Agility.
- Develop content and actively support the learning initiatives for our HRBP Academy, focusing on reward systems, performance management, onboarding, and resilience building.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer and Leading High-Performing Teams programs.
- Collaborate with the Lab’s multidisciplinary team to design evidence-based, high-impact learning interventions.
- Use technology platforms efficiently to support program logistics and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- A professional with at least 5–7 years of experience in executive training or/ and coaching.
- Strong Academic background in People Sciences, MSc level is considered as a plus.
- Strong training facilitation and communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles.
- A dynamic team player with intellectual curiosity and creativity.
- Someone who enjoys a lively work environment but knows how to deliver with precision when it matters most.
- Tech-savvy, well organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
