The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for shaping and strengthening the organization's learning culture. The role is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning initiatives that align with business priorities, while fostering employee development and growth across all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business to identify learning needs that support strategic goals and talent development
- Design and implement scalable learning solutions (programs, tools, frameworks) that promote a culture of continuous learning
- Lead the development of Academy-style learning paths for key talent segments and functions, creating structured growth journeys aligned with capability building
- Monitor the impact of learning interventions and provide insights to improve effectiveness and engagement
- Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless access to learning content and track development across the organization
- Stay informed on L&D trends, tools, and technologies to enhance learning strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Strong track record in designing and evaluating learning programs with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS platform, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven expertise in structuring and managing learning paths, academies, or talent development programs
- Background in the consulting industry would be considered an asset
