Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client — a consulting firm and member of an international group specializing in corporate culture transformation and soft skills development — a Senior Learning Consultant – Trainer / Relationship Manager.
The selected professional will work with multinational and large Greek organizations to design and deliver learning and change initiatives that enhance leadership, collaboration, and performance. This role combines consulting, training delivery, and business development within a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programs in management, leadership, and sales effectiveness
- Design and develop learning content tailored to client needs and objectives
- Drive business development, identifying opportunities, participating in client meetings, and supporting proposal preparation and presentations
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and long-term collaboration
- Plan, organize, and oversee training and consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Apply adult learning principles and company methodologies to ensure impactful learning experiences
- Stay current on industry trends and actively participate in internal academies for continuous development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a management or consulting role
- Proven experience delivering training in management, leadership, or sales effectiveness
- Strong consulting and business development background, with client-facing B2B experience
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and time management abilities with high attention to detail
- Flexible, collaborative, and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad as needed
