Now, we’re growing our presence in Greece through a local project — and we’re looking for someone to support us on the ground (virtually!).
Your Role
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Assistant based in Athens to help us with a local L&D project. This is a flexible, remote support role — ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in HR, training, or educational technology.
You will:
- Support the design and coordination of L&D simulations tailored for the Greek market
- Help localize training materials and test content
- Conduct light research (e.g. industry trends, learner needs)
- Assist with communication and logistics for a local pilot project
- Join occasional team meetings (online)
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Athens, Greece
- Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Education
- Strong written and verbal Greek and English
- Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented and self-organized
- Bonus: Experience with training, psychology, or instructional design
