Job Title: Learning and Development Leader
Must Have:
- Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) proficiency → Major Must
- Hands‑on content creation & implementation experience (2+ years)
- Leadership experience – leading/managing a team of professionals
- LMS experience (Cornerstone or similar)
- Hybrid work onsite in Burlington, Canada – 3 days/week
- Minimum of one of: 3 years’ experience + degree, or 7 years’ experience (without degree)
- Important “Nice to Have” but not mandatory:
- Deep experience with adult learning education, e‑learning design beyond basic slide creation.
- Past work specifically in People & Culture/training domains (though not strictly required).
What You’ll Need to Have
- Human Resources Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a complex or international environment.
- Talent Development Experience: At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, competence management, and/or succession management.
- Proven Impact: Demonstrated success in developing people and driving organizational growth.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working within a global matrix organization and/or leading global projects.
- E-Learning Development Expertise: Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) — this is a core requirement.
- Learning Design Skills: Strong ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centered content using Articulate or similar tools.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Drive Global Learning Implementation: Ensure global tools and learning offers are effectively utilized and continuously updated—particularly in leadership, team, and change development programs.
- Lead Leadership Development Programs: Manage the rollout, delivery, and enhancement of global leadership initiatives and assessment tools.
- Facilitate Leadership Training: Serve as an internal expert in leadership, designing and delivering impactful workshops and learning sessions.
- Support Organizational Development: Design and facilitate change and team interventions to improve collaboration, performance, and organizational culture.
- Collaborate Across the People & Culture Function: Uphold a high standard of excellence by identifying, adapting, and delivering relevant leadership, team, and change development content to key audiences.
