The Learning & Development Executive (Real Estate Trainer) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of real estate agents. This role focuses on equipping agents with knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, customer relationship management, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent business growth and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing real estate agents, covering topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, property laws, customer service, and market updates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners to familiarize them with company values, systems, and sales processes.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and consultation with management.
- Create training materials including presentations, manuals, role-play exercises, and e-learning modules.
- Organize refresher courses and continuous learning initiatives to enhance agents’ productivity and client-handling skills.
- Coach agents individually to help them meet sales targets and improve client interaction.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated with real estate regulations, industry trends, and competitive practices to ensure training content remains current.
- Collaborate with department heads and sales leaders to align training strategies with business goals.
- Maintain training records, schedules, and reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a corporate trainer, sales trainer, or L&D professional in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property sales, real estate laws, and client relationship management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire agents to achieve performance excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Certification in Training & Development or Real Estate (preferred).
