We are supporting a leading multinational electronics organisation in their search for a strategic and hands-on Learning & Talent Development Manager to drive regional talent initiatives across the Middle East.
Role Overview:
This role will focus on strengthening organisational capability through learning and development programs, succession planning, and talent assessment initiatives. You’ll work with senior leadership to implement assessment centres, AI-powered learning solutions, and innovative development strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent and future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analyses (LNA) and implement targeted training programs.
- Lead succession planning and high-potential talent identification.
- Design and execute assessment and development centres for leadership readiness.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning platforms and digital learning tools.
- Partner with business leaders to build individual development plans and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR in multinational organisations.
- Strong experience in succession planning, assessment centres, and leadership development.
- Proficient with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-driven L&D tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary: 18-22k AED
