Position Title: L&D Program Manager V
Location: Remote – US - Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 11/24/2025

Expected Duration: 12 months
Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract- onsite
Pay Range: $90-$95/hr.

The People Development team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to help deliver and enhance Client’s core skills development programs for both technical and non-technical employees. Key competencies include program coordination, milestone tracking, and reporting on program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and management of learning and development programs that align with business goals.
- Apply data-driven methods to assess program impact and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support organizational objectives.
- Develop measurement strategies, monitor program metrics, generate reports, and share results with stakeholders.
- Keep thorough documentation and ensure all activities comply with Client’s policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated experience using data to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with AI and building new (0-1) programs is a plus.

- Operate in a senior capacity, taking ownership of key tasks and initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics for speaker preparation.
- Communicate at a senior level, including with VP leadership
Certain project that team is working on / what products they are supporting
- Design and deliver core skills programs for all employees
- Track milestones and measure program impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Report results and maintain documentation
