Our client, a leader in financial & tax software, is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team!
**This is a 10-month T4/IC contract with paid holidays**
As the Sales Enablement Specialist , you will be responsible for all sales learning and development, which includes onboarding, continual learning, and sales performance consulting as well as upskill, onboard, and monitor Latin American/LATAM third-party vendor BPO sites.
*Spanish Speaking skills required*
Responsibilities:
- Support the vendor sites (BPOs) that support Canadian and Latin American Sales in a ‘train the trainer’ capacity
- Evaluate vendor partner's coaching abilities, and provide feedback
- Implement and run, call calibration sessions with vendor partners to ensure call quality score consistency
- Ensure vendor partners are able to onboard new hires to Company systems, including Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems (MediaFly), shared drives, Slack, and Amazon Connect
- Suggest changes & additions to the onboarding program based on the needs of the business and the skill level of vendor partner sellers
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience selling SaaS
- Experience in Sales Enablement (SaaS/Technology)
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors (BPOs)
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish
