You’re a Learning and Development Director.
We are seeking combined expertise in change management with hands-on instructional design and the ability to leverage technology and AI-driven tools in learning programs. This role will play a pivotal part in enabling organizational transformation, helping employees adapt to new processes, systems, and digital ways of working.
You will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on practitioner—partnering with leadership to shape a forward-looking learning strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to create compelling, interactive, and impactful learning experiences. Using your knowledge of AI-powered training solutions, you will help drive innovation in how learning is delivered and sustained across the organization. Over the next 1–2 years, approximately 50% of your time will focus on supporting the company’s shift to embed AI tools and mindset for the future success of the organization.
What are your responsibilities?
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executives, People Team (HR), and business unit leaders to identify learning and change management needs that align with organizational priorities.
- Change Management Leadership: Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies, business processes, and cultural initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee engagement.
- Learning Design & Delivery: Create and deliver end-to-end learning solutions—ranging from workshops, eLearning modules, and microlearning, to toolkits and guides—that address business challenges and upskill employees effectively.
- Technology & AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven learning tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement, personalize development pathways, build internal certification programs and increase scalability of programs.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Deliver highly engaging live and virtual training sessions and provide coaching to leaders and managers to build learning capability throughout the organization.
- Measurement & Analytics: Use learning analytics, employee feedback, and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI, continuously refining learning strategies.
- Content Development: Build innovative content that is practical, hands-on, and adaptable for employees at different levels of digital literacy.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in L&D best practices, change management, and the future of workplace learning, particularly in the context of digital transformation and AI adoption.
- Team Development: Mentor junior colleagues, share knowledge on instructional design methods, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What type of person should I be?
