Position Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic Training & Development Manager who can design, manage, and elevate our global BSR Academy—our internal learning and development programs. Your primary focus will be building impactful learning experiences that develop skills, deepen engagement, and support career growth across our international consulting network. You’ll manage programs across multiple geographies, collaborate with leaders, and ensure that our workforce has the tools and opportunities to thrive.
In addition, you will lead BSR’s DEI efforts, a separate but equally important function. This includes supporting DEI programs, facilitating DEI implementation, reporting and partnering with teams to advance inclusive practices across the organization.
Based in London, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing learning and development programs at scale, enjoys working in a fast-paced global environment, and is energized by both building learning programs and driving DEI initiatives.
If you are excited by leading global learning programs and contributing to meaningful DEI work, this role is for you. If you’re not comfortable balancing both functions, this isn’t the right fit. We work flexibly with staff members having the option to work from home or from the office. The London team tend to go into the office once a week.
