Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and budgets, ensuring strong governance and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate status calls, reporting, and stakeholder updates at various levels of the organization.
- Partner with business units to deliver learning solutions including instructor-led training (virtual/in-person), eLearning, webinars, workshops, and learner pathways.
- Support vendor selection and onboarding for third-party learning providers.
- Develop and implement change management, launch communication, and maintenance plans.
- Lead project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Actively engage in the L&D and PM communities, sharing best practices and advancing professional development.
- Represent the overall program in Steering Committee meetings, synthesizing updates from multiple workstreams and aligning project managers on direction and execution consistency.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8–10 years of Project Management experience, including managing medium to high complexity projects.
- Strong background in Learning & Development project delivery.
- Experience within the banking, financial services, or insurance industries.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office Suite, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and WebEx.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Agile/SCRUM experience or certification.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred).
- Experience or certification in Adult Learning, Performance Consulting, or Instructional Design.
- Familiarity with LMS, LXP, and eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM, xAPI, HTML5).
- Prior experience managing learning technology integrations or digital learning transformation projects.
