Responsibilities
You collaborate with the Director of Talent Management to design and execute impactful learning strategies aligned with our vision, mission, and strategic goals. You will implement robust learning programs, address critical skill gaps, and support the development of high-potential talent to ensure a ready pipeline for key positions and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement learning policies and procedures aligned with the companies strategic direction and business objectives.
- Design effective learning programs to address current and future business needs.
- Create long-term talent management strategies, including learning paths for critical roles and succession planning.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Skills Gap Analysis (SGA) to identify employee development requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs using advanced Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), partners, and vendors to create cost-effective learning solutions.
- Develop and implement tools to monitor and measure learning program effectiveness.
- Deliver timely project updates to stakeholders to ensure program success.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an internationally recognized qualification in Talent Development (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development roles.
- Proven track record of aligning L&D strategies with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement succession plans.
- Expertise in technical and non-technical learning initiatives.
- Experience working with advanced e-learning platforms and creating engaging training content.
