About the Job:
Learning and Development Manager - Content/Material Building
Key Skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs
-Design and build course content for a variety of formats
-Develop facilitator guides, participant handbooks, presentations, infographics, and job aids
-Create engaging and interactive content using authoring tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva)
-Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives and company goals
-Evaluate and update existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness
-Incorporate feedback and continuous improvements into course materials
-Support the implementation of content
-Stay up-to-date with learning trends
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 6-7+ Years in Learning & Development field.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and digital design tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity in learning design
