Senior HR Learning & Development
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading talent development initiatives with a primary focus on HR Learning & Development. Designs, implements, and evaluates training programs to build employee capabilities and support leadership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage L&D programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments.
- Support leadership and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor and measure learning impact and ROI.
- Partner with departments to align L&D with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years in Talent Management with L&D experience.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills.
