Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as Human Resources and Training Assistant Manager at M Management Company in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both Human Resources and Learning & Development initiatives.
The role involves curating, implementing, and supporting training programs that enhance customer service excellence and professional efficiency across our F&B outlets. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll, and driving engagement and well-being initiatives. You will also lead impactful projects designed to elevate team performance and foster a positive, thriving workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) policies and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in creating and implementing training programs and development initiatives
- Strong understanding of Hospitality and Food & Beverage industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
