Role Overview:
As the Senior HR Manager, you will lead our efforts to build and maintain a thriving and engaged workforce. You’ll focus on strategic HR initiatives, employee development, organizational design, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Luna PR’s business goals, ensuring scalability during rapid growth.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Create initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement programs to foster professional growth.
- Learning and Development: Design and execute training programs to upskill employees and support leadership development.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices globally, and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Review and refine compensation structures and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Culture and Change Management: Foster a positive organizational culture, championing diversity and inclusion, and supporting change management efforts as the company evolves.
- HR Operations: Streamline HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management, for efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a global or fast-growing organization.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the PR, marketing, or tech industries is a strong advantage; experience with Web3 or blockchain is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage change, and drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with diverse teams across multiple geographies, understanding cultural nuances and labor laws.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with HR tools and systems.
