Are you a passionate speaker, trainer, or learning and development professional?
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to the evolving mental health and workplace wellness field. This is a part-time role, requiring availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What we're looking for:
- Psychology degree, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a speaker and trainer in wellbeing and mental health spaces
- Strong background in learning and development, with expertise in creating and delivering impactful training programs
- Experience in delivering webinars and in-person workshops to corporate clients
- Willing to travel to clients around the UK and wider where necessary
- Experience in delivering psychoeducational content is preferred but not essential
- Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
Key responsibilities:
- Learn and master various training sessions to confidently deliver to clients
- Deliver virtual sessions of varying lengths on platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and others
- Confidently deliver in-person workshops to corporate clients
- Provide experience in content creation for mental health training programs
