Learning and Development Partner, Surrey, c£50,000 plus excellent benefits, 12 month fixed term contract.

Our client is a successful European organisation with a long and proud history of offering excellent products and services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of change they now have the requirement for a Learning and Development Partner to for a period of 12 months.

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner this role will form part of the Talent and Leadership team and will play a pivotal role in executing the Talent management strategy across corporate functions. You will be responsible for ensuring processes are in place to build and support a strong Talent pipeline whilst working with the wider HR and Talent team to influence Talent and Learning initiatives.

An experienced business partner you will take the lead on driving the annual performance and talent cycle, working in partnership with the COE’s to define timing and drive execution of key processes and timelines through the wider HR team. You will take ownership for delivering and making improvements to the performance and talent cycle, processes and tools ensuring that the HR Business Partners have the tools to be able to execute. Acting as the COE for Talent and Performance you will create and maintain toolkits to enable and educate the wider HR community whilst working in partnership with Learning and Development and Internal communications to ensure alignment and communication and engagement of the performance cycle.

You have a broad learning and talent management mindset with prior experience of operating within a multi-site customer facing organisation. You are ambitious, commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and changing environment, and have the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels. .
