Learning & Development Specialist
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join an international Learning & Development team, supporting the delivery and coordination of training initiatives across a dynamic and multicultural environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in learning administration, and a passion for employee development and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning and development activities in line with the annual training plan.
- Manage training assignments, schedules, and learning campaigns through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Organise both virtual and classroom training sessions, ensuring all logistical and administrative aspects are completed efficiently.
- Monitor training participation, registrations, attendance, waiting lists, and completion rates.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to track training activities, engagement, and key performance indicators.
- Provide support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding learning programmes, processes, and available training opportunities.
- Maintain and update learning records, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure the successful delivery of learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, tools, and employee learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, or Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS (mandatory).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
